Overview
The Refinery Circle is a transformational mentorship community designed to help individuals discover who they are, develop what is within them, strengthen their leadership, and intentionally build a life of purpose and impact.
We believe there is something valuable within every person that deserves to be discovered, developed, and refined.
Just as precious metal is refined through a process that removes impurities and strengthens its value, people often need intentional environments where they can examine their beliefs, develop their gifts, strengthen their character, gain clarity, and prepare for greater responsibility.
The Refinery Circle provides that environment.
Through mentorship, personal development, accountability, leadership training, strategic development, and community, members are challenged to move beyond simply knowing their potential to actually walking in it.
This is not simply a place to receive information.
